Working At Heights (WAH) Refresher Training
Course Details
A Working At Heights refresher course must be taken every 3 years in order to remain compliant with the Working at Heights training standard set out by the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development.
All participants must bring their CPO Issued Working at Heights Proof of Training Card. Learners will not be admitted into the course without this card. Failure to provide this card on the day of training will result in a forfeit of payment. If you have lost this card, you may request a replacement card by calling the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development Contact Centre at 1-877-202-0008.

- Government-issued photo identification must be presented.
- Participants must present their CPO approved proof of Training card at the start of class.
- Course payment is required prior to the date of training.
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the course start time (8:30am). Late participants will not be admitted and payment will be forfeited.
- Please wear comfortable clothing and closed toe foot wear. Do not wear open-toed footwear such as sandals or flip-flops.

What The Course Includes
This half day training course will include practical exercises, due to class discussion, class size, and experience of participants, the course timing is subject to some variability. Participants must attend the entire course to receive a certificate of completion.
