Course Details
Our Propane Cylinder Exchange training is a course developed for workers who operate propane-powered equipment and need comprehensive instruction in cylinder exchange procedures. The course focuses on helping participants understand the critical safety considerations when handling propane, including its characteristics, potential hazards, and the essential steps for safe cylinder storage, inspection, and exchange. Participants will learn to recognize and mitigate risks associated with propane handling, ensuring they can confidently and safely manage propane cylinders in various workplace environments.
Legal Requirements as Required By the OHSA and Regulations
Participants will receive training in Legislation as required by the Occupational Health and Safety Act and it’s Regulations and in the safe use of exchanging cylinders on lifting devices.
