Professional quantitative respirator fit testing that meets CSA Z94.4-18 standards. Available every Tuesday and Thursday at our Waterloo office.

Come Prepared for Your Appointment
To ensure an accurate and successful fit test, please follow these requirements:
Clean-Shaven Requirement
You must be clean-shaven (shaved within 24 hours of your appointment). Facial hair that comes between the sealing surface of the respirator and your face will prevent an adequate seal. ACUTE reserves the right to refuse fit testing to anyone with facial hair that interferes with respirator function.
No Smoking or Vaping
Do not smoke or vape for at least 30 minutes prior to your fit test appointment.
Bring Your Respirator (If Applicable)
If you have a company-issued elastomeric respirator that requires fit testing, please bring it with you to your appointment.
Note: ACUTE completes fit testing under the assumption that clients have documented health surveillance confirming the respirator user’s ability to wear a respirator as per CSA Z94.4-18 (Section 12).
