Where is the London training centre located?
We’re located at 203 Exeter Road Unit G in south London, in the Meadowbrook Business Campus. We’re easily accessible from Highway 401 (exit at Wellington Road).
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
How do I register for a course at the London location?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Electronic Funds Transfers.

Are your courses MLITSD approved?
Yes, we offer Chief Prevention Officer (CPO) approved training courses that meet Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development requirements, including Working at Heights and Joint Health & Safety Certification (JHSC) Training.

Yes, we provide free on-site parking for all training participants.

Our facility includes a kitchenette with filtered water, refrigerator, and microwave for participants bringing their own meals. We also provide complimentary coffee and tea. Several restaurants and food options are located nearby in south London.
What should I bring on the day of my training?
Participants should bring any personal food or beverages they wish to consume. We provide complimentary coffee, tea, and water. Check your registration confirmation email for course-specific requirements, including any Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) you’ll need.
What happens if I'm late for my course?
For CPO-approved training, participants arriving more than 10 minutes late may be excused from the session, and those missing more than 30 minutes may not be eligible to complete the course. For non-CPO training, lateness is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us immediately if you’re running late.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Changes or cancellations can be made up to 3 business days before your scheduled training date. Contact our team to reschedule or discuss your options.
Do you provide PPE for training?
Participants should bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required for their specific course. Details are provided in your registration confirmation email. If you don’t have the required PPE, we have additional equipment available on-site.
